The Alcazaba of Malaga, Andalusia.
Before going to the centre of Malaga to watch the Good Friday processions we went to the old ‘citadel’ of Spain – in Arabic ‘The Alcazaba). This is the best-preserved "citadel" in Spain and was built in the early 11th century on a hill in the centre of the city, overlooking the port.
