I continued my photoshoot journey along the Sliema seafront on this 22nd day of December capturing the force of the sea. I stopped to take a few shots at Fond Għadir.
The building being pounding by the waves is the Surfside Restaurant. It has restaurants at three levels, the top level being at street level. As you can see the bottom level and, perhaps the middle level received a good share of the angry waters. I do not know what damage, if any, was caused to the inside of the building but I think the building is very strong not to collapse with all the battering it gets each time we have a storm like this.
