Did you recognise the Captain? That is my granddaughter, Michaela, playing the part of Captain Hook in the musical Peter Pan raised by her school of drama, Stagecoach. Michaela stole the show with her interpretation of Captain Hook. I am so proud of her.
I had a great long week-end photography-wise this weekend. Friday, when I went to watch Michaela was the first of them.
Michaela seems more at home on stage than at home. She is so confident on stage and sometimes I wonder who she took after because neither her grandparents nor her parents have that confidence. Apart from taking part in shows in Malta, she has already taken part in shows with her drama school at Euro Disney (France) at the Queen’s Theatre (London) and she will be going to take part in another show in Birmingham (UK) this Summer.

She does look to be enjoying her part. I remember a post on here of someone playing the part of Santa and he had done so for many years, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Bit of talent needed just for that. :)

Fabulous stage capture! It's obvious Michaela is thoroughly enjoying playing Captain Hook! It sounds like she will definitely have a future on the stage. :-)
