The big picture shows the small church of the tiny village or small hamlet of Mtaħleb. An archway leads to the few farmers’ houses of the village which looked deserted but for the car parked below the church and the pumpkins left to dry in the sun on the roof of a shed. There are rock-cut sheds probably to story equipment or to keep some goats or sheep and, except for one small house, a few abandoned buildings.
Max and I stopped here on the way home from Miġra l-Ferħa. The two places are just 100metres or so apart.
Thank you so much for looking and for the comments and fav’s on yesterday’s picture.
A lovely collage, love the textures and colours of the stonework.
Hi Dione, I have uploaded one of my coloured pictures which is nearly finished, this is just one use I use my pencils for, I also colour my toppers that I put on front of cards and just sometimes draw freehand with them. They are for pleasure and I’m afraid I am no artist!
