Day 3 of our Barcelona holiday – another magnificent day.
These are the mountain peaks of Montserrat – very beautiful and very outstanding.
We took a coach trip to the Monastery and Shrine of The Black Madonna which are situated on this range of mountains. Took the shot when we stopped to let some of the passengers descent near the funicular station.

Such a view of those rugged rocks . I remember travelling up the narrow road with hair-pin bens to the Monastery and the Black Madonna . Stunning views on that trip !
