THE INQUISITOR’S PALACE (3)

One of the exhibits at the Palace which impressed me was this 19th centure sculpture in Papier-mâché. I have placed the details in an insert at bottom right of the picture.
Everything went well at the hospital for Christine. In a fortnight’s time they will remove the plaster and she will have to do some physio on the two fingers. In between we have everything ready for a week’s trip to Greece and Christine is not very happy about it.
Thank you for your visits and for your comments on yesterday's picture.
A very poignant image of Christ!
Pleased to hear all is going well with Christine's hand/wrist. I hope that you both will enjoy your break in Greece ( perhaps "break "is the wrong word to use! )

so well captured! I can understand that Christine is not too happy about the trip, but am sure it will be a good one.

Very realistic for papier-mache. I did a course in that art form at school and managed just some crumpled figures that looked more like cartoon characters!
