When I was expecting Jonathan.....in 1986!!!!....my sister Kate gave me this tapestry as a birthday present! I've felt rather guilty that I had never finished it but the last couple of days I have been doing little bits while lying in bed and while it is not of a very high standard in places at least I'm nearly finished at last!
And once it's covering a cushion I think I will just enjoy it and tell the story! Especially to Kate!
Oh well done & it is very beautiful, love the colours!!! I had a tapestry under the bed with only a bit done for years & then an angel B&B lady took it home & finished it...You might have seen the finished article in a frame in one of the bedrooms.
