I've had this plant since 1987! Allan gave it to me for my birthday when Jonathan was a baby and, with 3 small children then, we didn't spend much on birthdays! It really does quite well most of the time and last summer it spent quite a while outdoors in our lovely weather............think it shocked it into replenishing itself!! Lots of new growth appeared.
But in the sunlight yesterday I noticed some tiny white specks of things over a lot of the leaves so I've given it a bit of TLC! Last night it was with soapy water...........and today with some kitchen wipes..................not sure if that's the best approach but will have a look in my plant care book and see what it says!!
Three good things
1. Sunshine after rain.....very wet start to the day
2. A quick visit to a favourite antique shop
3. A gentle day......church, friends, just being, and a wee while on Skype with a rather weary little guy who was needing his bath and off to bed!
