It has been SO hot and dry for several days and the plants in the pots and patio border were looking rather sad.......but Allan has done a fine job watering them all this evening. Not wishing the sunshine to go away but we are so unaccustomed to this heat!!!!
Three good things
1. Big boys had fun creating their own kingdom maps with chalk on the playground today. All self-initiated......they don't get out enough!!
2. A lovely walk round the bypass this evening and chatting with a friend.
3. At last I am getting to grips with the online professional update of my CPD etc for work. Really this is so different from my early days of teaching and I just question how valid it really is!!!
These three good things act also as a diary I have found when trying to remember what happened several days ago. Pot plants need a lot of water - its a big of a drag but worth it for the growth!
