I picked some sweet peas from the garden to encourage more to grow, after watching Monty Don last night....I love his gentle ways of showing us how simple things can be!
The perfume is lovely and I added some other bits and pieces I found growing close by!!
Three good things
1. Lots of work transferring photos off my phone on to memory stick/external drive.
2. A lovely visit to Kemnay House. It has recently been opened to visitors by appointment and the lovely Alex who was our tour guide now lives there. It was her grandmother's house until she passed away but has been in the family since the 1600s.
So much historic material, books in the library covered in vellum, ancient maps, letters and gorgeous clothes that they have discovered packed away in drawers.
I will go back again!!!
3. Aperol Spritz treat - Susannah introduced me to it when we went to Milan!!! Oh how glad I am that I went when we could!!!!
