Mary, Grannie (Cathy) Peggy and Lena.
I think they must have been at a wedding with their flowers!!
Mary is 96 and still lives in her cottage in the Western Isles. She is the only surviving member of her family - she also had twin brothers.
The books that could be written about their extraordinary life, with their father working in Glasgow for many years, only seeing him for a short time in the summer.
I hope the young members of our family ask more questions, and record more conversations than we did!!
Three good things
1. Google maps....reroute needed due to a motorway accident.
2. Updates on social media....and lots of chat with good friends.
