Today we attended the Church of Scotland near Grannie's house, where the funeral service will be held at the end of the week. It was good to be there and meet the minister who's coordinating for us, though a family friend is leading the service.
Afterward one of the 'flower team' ladies came with some flowers for us. It was very touching and I put them in a vase at the house for other family members to enjoy.
Three good things
1. A lovely drive home and daylight all the way.
2. A fridge full of bits and pieces for supper.
3. Happy that what I plan to wear felt good when we got home!!
