Sunday snow by sarah19

Sunday snow

Surprised to find white when I opened the curtains this morning.
This photo was taken from our window at the 'half landing' 4 stairs from the bottom in our house. So the washing whirly is included! It would have been much nicer without it but I was still in my nightie so wasn't going outside!
Now the sun has melted a lot of the snow - glad I caught it as it was, with all faults!
What a beautiful sight to get up to. I know what you mean about things getting in the way. I sometimes wish I could get rid of the houses opposite, and the overhead power lines.

Nice soft tones, Sarah, and the mirror frame suits the subject well!

Beautiful, Sarah. Love the processing you have chosen. And I love the term "washing whirly". My "clothesline will forever be called a washing whirly. (It pays to get up early, doesn't it?)

Very pretty but it was bitter cold to be outside.

Beautiful winter scene. The snow on the trees make them very pretty. Love your processing, too.

So pretty! We used to have one of those when I was growing up, but our name was rather boring- clothesline. Washing whirlie sounds much more interesting!
