Post turkey food.....lots of left overs for interesting snacks etc and amazing stock prepared by Allan.
So I did the big cook which will last for a month! Sweet potato and red pepper, spicy parsnip, and potato, leek and turkey ...........
freezer now full!
And only observer is teddy...a gift for 'bump' who is due in about 6 weeks!
@busylady Thanks for comments - the bump is Jenn's.....and David my son's! They are over from Kiev for the holiday period till 7th Jan and her expected date of arrival is 9th Feb. Not easy to just pop over for a w/e visit but .............exciting anyway!
