After turning the corner - perhaps in more ways than one! - I just kept taking photos and couldn't choose one....so collage to the rescue.
I chose a familiar route.. past the hospital and via the parks close to where we lived for 5 years after we got married. The parks are very much as they were but one positive addition (through the trees on two of the pictures on the right) is the new CLAN House a fantastic centre for people with cancer in the north east and northern isles. So many people we know have valued the input of CLAN in their own lives or those of their families.
Then on through the park, along the little lane and round on to Richmond Terrace. We stayed at 21 - top floor - until David was 18 months and Laura a bump!! Happy Days indeed!
