I wish I could say I'd been there this weekend but no! I took the photo when we travelled on the coast road on our way home from a lovely weekend in Nairn before Christmas......but I hadn't noticed the photo on my camera before!
I love the big skies and open views across the Moray Firth.
At Spey Bay in summer you can see dolphins and lots of sea birds and there are banks and banks of pebbles and shingle along the edge of the River Spey, the second longest and fastest-flowing river in Scotland. So much to enjoy in this part of Scotland!
