Home again......lots of sleep to catch up on and have had a rather painful time with my shoulder and arm while we were away. It didn't spoil things altogether but I was definitely 'under par' and caught a cold which Jenn and Connor both had while we were there.
Three good things
1. Back in our own bed!
2. Pain relief and reassurance from GP and excellent advice from Physiotherapist.
3. Flowershop in the village so will enjoy these in the days ahead
