the buds would appear any day.......this happens.
It's been snowing since lunch time, big flakes at first but they disappeared as soon as they touched the ground. And I said to Allan 'it won't lie!!'
WRONG!
Three good things
1. Nice walk to church and not even cold this morning.......certainly didn't anticipate this!
2. Enjoyed making spaghetti bolognese....enough to last all week!!!!
3. Gentle day......watching snow fall!
@gerry thank you Gerry. Beginning to clear a bit already and I quite enjoyed seeing the shape of our weeping beech highlighted in the snow. The sky has now gone an interesting shade of lilac as the sun sets. Good to know it is still there!
@sarah19 I must admit i did hear something about Snow in Scotland but could not believe it we have here in Surrey all day overcast yesterday was a wet start but turned out nice early afternoon .
