Had a lovely walk at Haddo Country Park today with a great friend. She picked me up and we enjoyed the fresh air and gentle colours before going for a bit of lunch together.
Three good things
1. Did some housework this morning and none the worse.
2. Fresh air and exercise. ....well wrapped up against the breeze.
3. A snooze after tea......that's fresh air for you!☺

Yes had a very painful shoulder and arm. ...nerverelated, but thankfully good physio has made significant difference and now on the mend!
Lovely view of the lake peeping from behind the grasses and you have caught the gentle colours. Great place for a walk - always a favourite. Glad your shoulder continues to improve.
