I adapted an idea I saw in a colleague's space to create a thank you card for Jo who comes each month to do Gardening Club with the children.
They needed very fine motor skills to decorate the cut out flower shapes (from Poundland! ) and then we added green pipe cleaners for stems and popped them in the 3D vase which the children helped to decorate by drawing tiny flowers....another challenge!
I loved the end product and I'm sure Jo will too! Three good things
