Carrot cake - the best recipe ever - is fabulous but last week I was out when the buzzer went off and it really needed a little more time in the oven.
And it is lovely after an extra while this afternoon!
Crème fraîche was lovely on top......easier than the cream cheese icing I sometimes make....and sugar free so ............
Three good things

3. Delicious violet creams in chocolate brought by a friend!
