Pennan storm debris by sarah19

Pennan storm debris

Had a lovely sunny Sunday and went off this afternoon to the Moray Firth coast and the pretty village of Pennan. Clearly they've had some stormy weather as there were pebbles and stones everywhere! It was rather chilly and I'd not noticed before that they don't get the sun very much in part of the village.
Three good things
1. Skype to Melbourne - nice to update and laugh together
2. Nice outing and dinner (that I made yesterday) when we got back
3. Skype to Kiev.......Connor was sound asleep but Finnley was bouncing!!
wonderful - thank you for this

What a cute little village. The houses are so close to the water. Glad you got to talk to your family. Isn't SKYPE a wonderful thing!

Cute buildings but the erosion is a worry.

It looks a very pretty place. Lovely shot with the shade in the foreground and sun in the distance. Makes you feel that things are going to get better.

Thank you for your lovely comments. If you are old enough to remember a movie called 'Local Hero ' this was where some of it was set and filmed.

Excellent capture and so interesting looking. I hope the storm didn't do too much damage.
