Well it is June and our local Barra Berries are now available so the sun should be shining and I should be out and about in Tshirts/dresses and sandals.....
If only!!! Looks like it will be back to wellies again tomorrow if the forecast is right!
Anyway I made some strawberry angel cakes for friends coming this evening as it is a birthday of one of them tomorrow!!! And it felt summerish!!!
We all enjoyed the cakes and I must say my new food processor does a brilliant job of Victoria Sandwich ingredients!!!
