My potatoes

Such a nice feeling! These are 'my potatoes' in that I planted them.....in Dad's garden and dug them up after lunch on Saturday. We had them with some lovely fish for our evening meal. I suppose they're the best I ever tasted! Certainly delicious and as I didn't get out to take any photos today.....
Three good things
1. A fantastic deep sleep last night. ...sleep app on my phone confirmed it.
2. Gentle day. ....restful afternoon after church and lunch.
3. So many lovely friends in the church and community. ....makes all the difference in the world and at a day by day level.

Looks delicious - there is something special about digging up potatoes to eat them straight away. I well remember Sunday morning digging up potatoes with my dad for Sunday lunch.

Lovely Sallie & the proper size for a new potato! Not too big to have to chop them up, but not too small to be a nuisance to prepare!
