We called in at a boat building shed on our way north on Friday. Such amazing craft work and using the old skills to create beautiful and functional vessels. And then we had our lunch overlooking the harbour. Quiet that day. Sometimes we've been hear on Boat Festival weekends when the place is full of people and all sorts of activities.
Three good things
1. Okay to be back in school......just adults getting things set up for the new session......and a bit of listening and talking.
2. A quiet house.....Allan has been away in Edinburgh and Glasgow today.
3. Olympics.....GB doing very well......though to be honest I haven't watched all that much!
