I love when I have time to visit Dornoch when up at Mum and Dad's in Tain. They are no distance apart as the crow flies and both full of beautiful sandstone buildings which have a lovely warm feel whatever the weather!
My sister and her family have spent a week here and had the most fantastic weather. And they lived in a fabulous apartment just behind the cathedral and through that little gate. The other photos I snapped as I had a fun walk to the gorgeous shops which are definitely geared for visiting tourists! And I was very good and only bought a birthday card.
Three good things
1. Sunshine
2. Lovely lunch altogether before more travelling.... some of the family headed to Perthshire, sister and two teenagers I dropped off at the airport in Inverness on my way home.....and I had a lovely drive......quiet for Mum and Dad though after all the buzz!
3. Family time and nice getting home again!
