Called over at the home of one of Laura's friends today. It's been something of a tradition over a lot of years for one of these cakes (Dutch recipe from a friend) to be part of their Christmas season specialities. Obviously, Laura can't make it from Australia so I did on her behalf! And though her friend isn't home yet her mum was delighted to accept it, and we had a lovely cuppa and a catch-up!
