Garden view

Allan was happy to pose for this photo when we visited the garden at Crathes Castle today. Having worked at another National Trust for Scotland garden he has a new perspective on everything about gardening. Today he knew lots of plants that I didn't know and there were some I knew and he didn't!
But it was a lovely visit and it had been ages since we were last there. Always good to go back!
Three good things
1. A lovely day for weddings - Susannah was at her friend's wedding and one of my colleagues was getting married today. Last year on this day there was serious flooding all around the area!
2. Fun with my camera and lovely to be out in fresh air.
3. On the way home we found a 'new to us' place called Treehouse with fabulous fittings for kitchens and other interiors....lovely to browse....and an excellent coffee shop/restaurant where we stopped for a while! What a lovely day out!
Wonderful garden photo with your accommodating model. Sounds like a fun day!

Fav - lovely garden portrait which conveys Allan's person to me. Like that 'framing' too.
