Warm peanut butter and dark chocolate brownie with salted peanut ice-cream and peanut brittle.
Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. It really was one of the very best desserts I've ever tasted. The ice cream was awesome!
Three good things
1. Flowers and cake for Grannie after the service at her church today.
2. Sunday lunch together with ingredients we brought from our fab butcher.
3. A good drive home. ....I slept most of the way!

Oh it's a restaurant dessert. I must investigate though as it wasn't a really complicated dish and I'd love to have a go at recreating it myself! And I've been very good and had no chocolate since Sunday until a couple of squares after dinner tonight!
