I made the cream cheese icing for the cake and added orange zest and walnuts so it's quite pleasing!!
This is just the small one and the larger one is in a box for school.......I don't always make cake for my birthday at school as I have managed to avoid publicising the date!!! but last year was a 0 birthday and a few folk have remembered!!!!
Tiny little pieces cut as our school has a huge staff!!!
Three good things
1. Great teamwork in my classroom today!
2. A useful course at the end of the day and a good chat while travelling with a colleague
3. Cake making complete and the kitchen is tidy.....even washed the floor!!!
@snowy thank you......my birthday is a prime number this year so no number of candles could be a factor of it!!! And I would need a very large cake for them all!!!! Hee hee!
