I guess this is the peak time on my lovely Amaryllis! All four blooms are open and glorious but I think in a little time the two which opened first may decide they have done their bit!!!!
Now what do I have to do to get this to flower again next year......feed at some point and then keep the bulb cool perhaps?

I love amaryllis - this is lovely with all four at once! I believe you cut the stems when they yellow and sag but not the leaves, keep it cool in indirect light and water when dry with a bit of fertilizer it should rebloom again next year. Like the sound of your salmon recipe - our favourite fish!
