I don't remember ever seeing the camellia at the front of our house being in flower in March! Living in the north east of Scotland we even have frosts and snow through April sometimes but this year seems to have been particularly mild and there are about a dozen buds bursting out.
It's an East facing wall and so frost +bright sunlight is a bad combination for this champion!
