Mum got a fantastic pot with multiple amaryllis bulbs for her birthday and they are bursting out with the warmth of the sunshine these last few days.
Three good things
1. Breakdown service. ....I had only gone 8 miles when my car sounded rather sick. Cut a long story short .....it was a local garage that was contacted to come rescue me 😀 a friendly voice and a friendly face took me back to Mum and Dad's. ...and will find out tomorrow what's up!
2. Classic FM playing calming music. ...just before the sudden noise Finlandia had been on....and Be Still my Soul!!!
3. Another evening of entertainment with nephew Niall busy at new Lego set that arrived this afternoon.
A car problem, scary! How pleased & relieved you would be at that friendly familiar voice. You had a little help from the music too so not all bad! Hope it wasn't too costly! Beautiful long lasting amaryllis.
