Snug chair

And new cushion...
We're having Grannie B t visiit for a couple of days next week and I've felt for ages that our chairs are not brilliant for older folk getting up out of them.
So today we were chair shopping. This one is quite neat and came from our local furniture store. I like it!
Three good things
1. Buying local
2. Left over fabric from the curtains so enough to make a coordinating cushion.
3. Painting the spare room....started anyway!

I love the studs on that chair - so tactile. And I am enjoying the shorter legs. I had the legs cut down on a small armchair when I had my boy so I could use it as a nursing chair because I am not over tall and my legs just don't touch the floor in most chairs! I still use that chair now because it fits me........
