... XLIV .. which is 44 in Roman Numerals. I turned 44 on Sunday, so today I am 44 years and 4 days old. The oldest I have ever been, and the youngest I'll ever be. This is a unique day - and I am grateful to be alive in this moment that will never come again.
My birthday is often a time to reflect - and this year I'm celebrating that I'm getting better at living my life in the present moment, feeling alive and grateful for what is, right now .. in all its uniqueness.
So, the photo .. an X-clusive, never-to-be-repeated moment in time, on a sunny day in St Ann's Square in Manchester. I even managed to capture an 'X' in the photo - can you spot it?

Happy Birthday for Sunday. I love what you've said. What a lovely photo and a beautiful day - I would have guessed Holland or France though. Not Manchester!
@cgould Thank you, Celia - I'm on my half-term holiday from school this week, so I'm enjoying having days of just enjoying the sunshine. It can be a bit of a rarity in Manchester! lol
@sleepdozer57 Maybe it's a bit obscure - the theatre in the background is the Royal EXchange Theatre .. so there's an X in the name.
@dulciknit Thanks, Alison - I was pleased with how lively it was when I cropped it down :o)
Looked, ain't seen the X.
I like your street scene, it's got good action and colour.
