Even if you haven't ridden in 12 years, it's just a matter of a quick little jaunt before it all comes back.
Only, my bike didn't fare very well hanging from the garage rafters for 12 years. By the time I added up the cost to replace all the bits and pieces on what was originally a very inexpensive bike, it made a lot more sense to get a 20+ years newer, better, still fairly inexpensive bike.
Next, I need a trailer to bring Matthew along. And then a bag to safely carry my camera, because this opens up access to any number of new places that I could photograph! :)
