After spending the entire day folding baskets and baskets of clothes, packing mountains of things, cleaning the daily life out of the minivan, loading more stuff than a family of five should need on vacation back into the minivan and toddler wrangling, the first chance I had to pick up the camera was when we got on the road. And it was nearly sunset - behind us.
My husband suggested taking pictures in the side mirror, and aside from possibly startling the people in the lane next to us, I think it worked out pretty well! (He's always amused when I panic that I didn't get any photos yet for 365, and often comes up with fun out-of-the-box ideas for me. I guess I'll keep him!)
