It was 45ºF and misting/drizzling for the entire game, and pretty much the only fans there were the parents of the kids in the choirs who sang the national anthem. And of those, we were pretty much the only ones who stuck it out to at least the 7th inning stretch.
Hey, if you have a monkey raincoat, a baseball cap, and daddy's shoulders, who cares about the weather?
Oh, this does bring back memories of our Little League Baseball and Bobby Sox softball and soccer days... We've never been so cold nor so hot.... and wouldn't have complained! Loved watching our kids and their friends play ball.
