My wish for him is that he'll always be this excited for the first day of school - and the second, and the hundredth - and that a love of learning and a thirst to discover all that can be discovered and solve all of the problems that he encounters follows him through his entire life.
Today was a good start. First day of preschool and he happily got right down to the business of playing and learning and didn't even look up when we left the room.
