I wonder how much training you need to be a piano tuner? I think I'd enjoy that job - I find the inner workings of this instrument to be endlessly fascinating...why are there three strings for every key? Is that true for all pianos or only grand pianos? What happens if only one is very slightly off? How do you know *which* string is very slightly off? Is there a way to test the pitch of each individual string?
