Somehow in my head, scheduling our family portraits for the parish directory the morning of the day I had to play a matinee and an evening show made sense. I'd already be dressed up, and two hours from our sitting time to my call time is plenty of time...right?
Turns out, this was a terrible idea. It was a leeeetle bit stressful.
Basically this? This is what the kids did the entire time.
Somehow, though, the photographer managed to catch a couple of shots where everyone miraculously looked like they were behaving and pretty, and we got some nice prints for our wall. It's been 8 years since we got family photos done professionally, so I suppose it was time!
