Been a funny, frustrating day, standing in queues trying to organise South African tax clearance certificate for my brother in USA, and being given incomplete information about requirements from people who don't really care.
Government departments...same everywhere it seems. Was there an "out of order" sign on a chair?! Hope you can get it all sorted. Beautiful shot - wonderful detail
