She was downtown Seattle, waiting for someone to give her money. She was bored and swinging her scarf. Cars were passing by her. Ah ha...perfect for the blur theme....

@clarissajohal I know. It appears this city has a lot of homeless, street living is a little easier due to the temperate climate. I did put some money in her box for the photo. She did not appear to be too desperate for help. So sad for these kids. Hard to know what to do.
