This is where I worked until a couple of years ago, when it was demolished.Its going to be flats above shops/restaurant/bars, with two existing night clubs opposite, each of which produce a window-rattling bass beat. As a Local Authority "Noise Control Officer" I was tasked with specifying windows that will keep out the noise. The development is going to need some very thick windows....
They are tearing down the place I work for condos. There is a bait business for the lobsterman just across the street not to mention the wharf rats. Oh well to each his own.
