Every year, on the Sunday after Christmas, a local running club holds the annual "Huncote Hash", a 10km cross country run entered by over 200 competitors. The route is around our home, through the fields behind us, up Croft Hill, and back down the field track further down the Lane. Today our dog walk coincided with the run, and we came across the fancy dressed runners at the back, before meeting the front runners heading back to the start. Tia is used to runners, and ignores them. Cody was on a lead, and appeared to take no notice, but I reckon that if we had let him off the lead, there may have been some record-breaking times to the end.
