A gorgeous frosty morning a few days ago, rare so far this season. It was good to get the dogs home without mud. For the last few days the weather has been again mild, and much of the walking routes are either soft or in places downright squidgy. Tia walks carefully around the mud, as befits a lady of a certin age. Cody, on the other hand, gallops through the middle, transferring quantities of mud from the ground to his fur.
