THIS is how you do morning coffee when you're camping! At least when you're camping right outside Brunswick, MD anyway. Dh and I decided yesterday at lunch to pack up and go camping for the night. We wanted some fall colors and mountains, and I still needed to get an architectural shot for my get-pushed challenge from Marelize. So, Brunswick Family Campground where the trains wake you all night long, then over to Harper's Ferry, WV for the day to find some architecture. BUT FIRST, one must start the day with some coffee from Beans in the Belfry. This coffee shop and cafe in Brunswick is located in an old Lutheran church according to Wikipedia, tho the stained glass over the entry door says "Reformed Church 1910". Either way, it's a lovely place whose character and ambience swallow you whole and soothe your soul. They're particularly welcoming to Appalachian Trail hikers and C&O Canal cyclists.
Once again I was near you when we drove from PA dutch country to the skyline. Gosh I would love to visit you, @francois and a few others in that whole area.
