We have spent the afternoon pressing apples to make into lovely juice. We freeze the fresh juice which will last us all through the winter. Top right picture shows the mincing of the apples, middle left putting into the press, middle right and bottom left pressing the apples and the juice flowing, bottom right the delicious juice produced. You look as if you have the process mastered! That's a wonderful series of photos to illustrate your industrious wok. How lovely to have plenty of natural apple juice throughout the winter.
What a marvelous selection of shots to show how this is done - must be quite a job, but the results of having your own apple juice all winter would definitely be worth it. Very nice collage.
