Shallow depth of Field

I know with so many of the rocks out of focus, it looks like a botched photo. But it was on purpose. Another 365 challenge I am participating in had an assignment to do a photograph showing shallow depth of field.

Thank you Diane and Jeff. It was getting late and I hadn't taken any photos that I liked for the day. As I pulled into my driveway my headlights illuminated these stones. Using my headlights as a light source I got this one.
