C is For Creek

Or as we Pennsylvanians call it, C is for crick.
I was on my way into town to drop off recyclables, going a different route then I normally take, when I crossed a bridge I couldn't help notice this tree with some of its branches still covered with snow.

@boycotting - I'm from the northwestern part, near the Ohio border. About 70 mile north of Pittsburgh and 80 miles south of Erie.

Wonderful shot Skip....in Ontario we called it 'crick' too. Don't think I've heard that out here in Alberta.

@mtngal - Thank you very much Harriet! I use a combination of techniques. On this one I used Photomatrix Pro to stack the three photos into an HDR and used a "Painterly" setting to create the effect I wanted. Then I opened that file it in Photoshop and used the filter Nik Color Efex Pro to tweek it some more.
